Association of Hungarian Literary Translators (”MEGY”)

The Association of Hungarian Literary Translators was founded in September 2003. It is the first organisation of its kind in Hungary. The primary role of MEGY is to provide a forum for professionals to exchange opinions and information with each other within the framework of an association. It also endeavours to ensure that traditionally high quality Hungarian literary translations are duly appreciated.
